PITTSBURG, Kan. — Black Hawk helicopters chopped up the air over Pittsburg on Thursday, but the city wasn’t under attack. Rather, it was a training exercise for 83 cadets in the Pittsburg State University ROTC program. Although it was just an exercise, for the cadets it was serious business.
